Residential Project - Walkeshwar
The apartment is located on a magnificent site, overlooking the Queen’s Necklace, Narimanpoint.
The brief required the design to create an open feeling of space, maximizing light in both the levels.
The project involved converting two apartments on separate floors into a single duplex apartment. This
was achieved by cutting the dividing slab and installing a spiral staircase with an atrium.
All furniture elements have been tailored to the personality, individual needs and specific lifestyle of the
client. High quality finishes- including Italian marble, granite, parquet flooring, rough wood, African
mahogany, mahogany burl and birds eye maple burl - were used throughout.

Westside - Commercial Project, Pune
Sole responsibility for designing and implementing from scratch a new department store. Westside is a 3-storey complex.The client’s requirement was a store that would be easy to understand and navigate yet stimulate customers - a store that excites and intrigues, enhances products, encourages good service and reinforces brand values. This included fitting out the interior to a high standard and significantly upgrading the external façade, focusing on the entrance.Starting from shell the environment was created on each floor including women’s wear on the ground floor, men’s wear on the first floor and kid’s wear and the gift shop area on the second floor.Ancillary work included basement area and exterior.
